Orientation & Approach

I come to this work from a place of absolute respect for those who approach me. I can relate to the courage it takes to share your stories with another person. My practice is based on an exciting and growing body of collaborative, feminist, and narrative therapy ideas.  I use these ways of thinking during out meetings together. I like to join people in their world and listen to stories about their lives.  I listen for what impacts people’s relationship with the problems they are facing.  I don’t see people as problems; rather “the problem is the problem."
