act as a container for your distress, confusion or frustration. Therapy is a safe
place to allow inward experiences to flow, to be seen and felt in a manageable way.
My work with people is active and involves sharing my insight and impressions through a
psychodynamic process. The goals of therapy are self-directed within an overall goal
of bringing clarity to what has transpired, what is present and what lies ahead.
