Background & Experience

25 years of general psychotherapy practice including work with individuals, couples, and families. 20 years experience facilitating psychotherapy groups and residential retreats. 25 years experience working with people diagnosed with or affected by chronic and life challenging illnesses including: AIDS, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Extensive experience working with gay and lesbian issues.  
  Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Project Quest, a nonprofit Mind-Body Wellness Center which began delivering mental health and wellness services to people with life challenging illness in 1987.
