Orientation &
Approach
|
In
our work together I hope to address your immediate concerns, help
resolve conflicts, decrease suffering, discover forgotten strengths,
explore new ways of behaving and regain well-being. Sometimes I
teach breathing mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation.
Another
aspect of therapy can include the establishment of a connection to
the deeper personality, by becoming aware of one's heartfelt
values, needs, emotions, strengths, weaknesses, abilities, likes and
dislikes. The development of self-awareness contributes to a sense
of harmony with oneself and belonging and participation in the
world. Taking into consideration feelings, thinking patterns, body
symptoms, dreams, patterns of relationship, and significant life
events helps discover a person’s guiding spirit.

Personal
Comments
| I
believe in the reality of a self-healing tendency in the psyche.
This tendency can lead the way to a feeling of wholeness and
renewal. My training in dream interpretation as an analyst
at the CG Jung Institute, Zürich helps me illuminate, with the
client, what is heretofore unconscious yet of paramount value to his
or her individuation process and ultimate healing.
