Orientation &
Approach
| My
philosophical approach is humanistic.
My practice focuses on the potential of the individual to
actively choose and purposefully decide about matters related to his
or her life.
|
Personal
Comments
| My
goal is to help people meet their potential, which is why I chose
the field of counseling psychology.
The therapeutic process works as clients increase personal
awareness, clarify goals and eliminate barriers to achieving these
goals during counseling sessions.
I can assist by helping clients implement practical
strategies to solving problems, and by offering support and
collaboration during life's challenges and transitions. For people to be able to articulate goals, desires, fears and
struggles in a non-judgmental, supportive setting can be incredibly
powerful.
