Orientation &
Approach
| I use a
variety of therapeutic approaches for creating a safe and
collaborative environment to overcome negative behavior patterns and
expand personal freedom. Sessions frequently incorporate
cognitive-behavioral techniques, strengths-based solution focus,
motivational interviewing, and relevant insights from developmental
psychology and contemporary neuroscience. Couples sessions explore
systemic relational issues as well as identified areas of discord.
|
Personal
Comments
| I have an
unshakable belief in the resiliency of individual human potential. I
have seen individuals and couples become empowered as a result of
the therapeutic process … and then create better lives for
themselves and the people who are close to them.
