Orientation &
Approach
| I regard Relationships
with ourselves as well as with others as at the center of our lives.
Nurturing, strengthening, and healing those relationships can
result in a greatly enhanced quality of life.
I value my counseling practice as a
journey undertaken in partnership with my clients.
My focus is to employ the modality and techniques that will
best serve to guide and support clients in achieving their goals.
My style is engaging, focused and adaptive to the needs and
personality of each client.
Clients have the opportunity to develop
life-long skills, tools, and resources that will continue to serve
and enhance the quality of their lives long after they leave my
office. Many clients also welcome the opportunity to return as
desired for an “adjustment” or to address new challenges in
their lives.

Personal
Comments
| This is the work I was born to do and what I have
been doing since I was a little girl who counseled her younger
brothers through their troubles and conflicts.
My best vision for all of us is to learn to get along
with each other, to feel good about ourselves, and to create, play,
work and benefit in community, so this beautiful planet can be the
world of our best dreams. I
believe the creative and healing force of love is our best tool and
our best hope.
As I witness what is going on in the world today, it
seems more and more imperative that we all tend to our own healing
and growth, so that the wisdom, healing and strength we gain benefit
the generations that follow us.
My work as a therapist and coach is part of my contribution
to that vision.
My wishes for
my clients as they work with me:
That you feel heard and valued
That you feel safe
That you are able to make the changes you want and
gain the answers you seek
That you gain knowledge, inspiration and renewed
energy for your life
That you achieve deeper connection and ease in your
relationships
