Orientation & Approach

I approach therapy with a psychodynamic orientation in which I provide brief and long term services as indicated.  Psychotherapy is a complex process that must vary with each client. A safe, trusting, and confidential relationship must be established.  Insight, understanding and action lead to meaningful change.

Personal Comments

I am a senior clinician with over twenty years experience in both therapy and assessment. My career also has included academic teaching at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level and experience in supervising the clinical work of all levels of developing clinicians: practicum students, interns and residents. I am a Fellow of the Society for Personality Assessment in recognition of outstanding work in the teaching and supervision of Personality Assessment.
